WMF, Inc. Trading Post Rules

1. This is a motorcycle related site only.  Do not post items on this site unless they are related to the sale or trade of motorcycle gear, motorcycle parts, motorcycle accessories or motorcycles.

1. All classified posts must include the following.
   An asking price, location and a means of contacting the individual. Please limit this to an email address and City/State.

1. Close or delete items that have been sold.  The WMF Trading Post allows each posting individual the ability to close or delete their ads once a classified ad has run its course. Those posting on this site are asked to maintain their ads accordingly and remove them once they are no longer valid. Each ad will automatically be removed every thirty days unless renewed by the individual who submitted the original post.

1. WMF, Inc is not responsible for the quality or condition of the merchandize being offered by the seller. WMF, Inc. is merely providing a service for riders to contact each other with regard to the sale/trade or purchase of motorcycle related items. The person posting the ad is solely responsible for the veracity of the content and is expected to accurately represent what she/he is offering for sale/trade.

1. No Solicitations from Businesses
   This includes, but is not limited to, product previews, ads, and other forms of ‘spam’ from a business.

1.  No personal attacks, Foul Language or Adult Content.
   This includes, but is not limited to, name calling, racial, gender, ethnic or sexual orientation slurs, personal threats, physical threats, badgering, swearing, vulgarity, sexual content or sexual innuendo.

1. No 'chit-chat' and personal conversations
   Once a classified add has been posted, all communication regarding any form of transaction must transpire between the dealing parties.

1. Sold Items Must be Deleted or Closed in a timely fashion.
   The WMF Trading Post allows each posting individual the ability to close or delete their ads once a classified ad has run its course. Those posting on this site maintain are to monitor their ads accordingly and remove them once they are no longer valid. Failure to follow the above rules can result in warnings or permanent banning from the WMF, Inc. site.

1. Posting personal information about one’s self is not the purpose of the “The Trading Post” and will be removed.

  This forum is in place to assist members of in finding motorcycle gear, parts, accessories or motorcycles to buy, sell, or trade amongst themselves. Once a transaction has been made by the respective parties, it is their responsibility to complete said transaction. The Women’s Motorcyclist Foundation will not take part in resolution of poorly coordinated or failed transactions. All dispute resolution regarding failed transactions must take place outside of www.womensmotorcyclistfoundation.org  and will be removed from the site if found here.
